A new Sheariously series? Nope! Tooo many! At the moment I'm blogging...bathing style! The last 4 years I have become a bather. I'm a get in, wash up, get out, shower gal. I needed to relax myself & soothe my aching hips, back, ankles... 16 years behind the chair is wear & tear on the body. Bathing for me isn't the best for my washing hair routine. Not getting that clean rinse & my hair doesn't last that long before I have to wash it again. I can last upto 4 days without my hair looking oily.
The great hair washing debate: Shower hair wash or Bathe hair wash???? What a lame debate & useless comparison... truly doesn't matter. If it works for you, continue washing your hair in the tub! Or Bath then shower. I do. Design your own washing routine {Ask recommendations from your Hair Guru} to feel your best & refreshed!
I enjoy having a boujee bath with rose/lavender pedals & bathbombs. Not wanting those ingredients lingering in my hair or picking out pedals. {I make my own boujee bath salts & I put the ingredients in teabags. Saves time on the pedals mess}
My favorite time to bath is on New/Full Moons. During those times I mainly digital detox. I have snapped a few photos for my memory purposes. My tub is not set up to have an across table.... so I makeshifted a tray I thrifted into a bathing tray.
Works wonderful. I like doing my Moonogoly Orcales cards, crystals, write my intentions, candles, cannabis vape, drink & of course my Salted Bath Steeps. {Should I call them that???} I try to stay present, ADD mind likes to wonder & day dream.
Time to connect with myself & rejuvenate.
Kyle & mines life goal is a hot tub! OOOOO...I can't wait to make a Hot Tub Moon Tray...OOOO & look at the Full Moon & charge my Crystals at the same time! DREAMS!
