My Hardest Story
I'm going to be Sheariously honest with you. Open up to one of the hardest experiences I encountered in my career. Keep it real, how I own it & how it has shaped me to grow.

When I became an Independent Hairstylist 6 years ago, it wasn't rainbow & sparkles fair tale story I dreamt of
It happened over a not so proud moment when I worked in a Salon.
I quit on the spot! GASP & cringe worthy. I didn't wake up & plan to quit. It was one of those moments that needed to be done at that point in time. I don't regret my reasoning to do so, my values/boundaries no longer aligned & it was time to move on.

This experience could have ended my passion behind the chair.
I wished for a different outcome of giving the courtesy of notice but wishing doesn't change the past.
